I donโt know if this is a hot take or not, but I think I like Spring more than Fall?
As a mom of 3 busy kids, nothing beats Spring!
Not too hot, not too cold.
Flowers, Spring break, gardening, rainbows, holidays, etc.
Right?
The vibes for Spring are good.

What activities can kids do in spring?
The possibilities for learning, crafting, and playing in Springtime are endless.
Today Iโm going to share with you my Ultimate Spring Theme Preschool Guide, including:
- Curriculum/preschool lesson plans

My hope is that the pictures and ideas shared here can help inspire you to have a memorable season at home with your kids.

Spring Theme Preschool Curriculum Guide
There are 2 preschool curriculums that I use and would recommend!
For me, the best thing about using a curriculum thatโs planned out, is that itโs one less thing on my plate.
Iโve used The Preschool Playbook with 2 of my kids and have seen the benefits of the hands-on, play-based lessons!

Spring Theme Preschool Activities Printables
- The units are broken up into weekly themes (everything from Apples to Outer Space to Bugs to Thanksgiving
- Each theme comes with lesson plans for the week
- The plans include activities for each day
- The activities range from learning to sensory play, crafts and simple cooking ideas (like assembling food)

I can quickly choose a theme, preview the activities for the week, and not have to waste any time searching for resources, printing things out, or putting anything together.
The Preschool Playbook is all done for you.
All you have to do is pick the time of day you want to do the activities.

The Preschool Playbook
At-home preschool curriculum for toddlers & preschoolers! All the lessons and activities are all planned out for you.
Your PDF download includes:
- The lesson plan book: this is for you! It includes the weekly plans, supply lists and book lists
- The writing journal: this has tracing pages and fine motor activities, plus writing prompts to do together
- The template book: this includes all the templates you need for the activities (so you donโt have to draw anything out yourself)

Some of our favorite Spring preschool themes included in the Playbook:
- Nature
- Weather
- Garden
- Bugs
- Flowers
- Holidays: Valentineโs Day, St. Patrickโs Day, and Easter

The other curriculum resource I love are the reusable activity books created by my friend Melissa at Oh Hey, Letโs Play!
My kids love the Letโs Play with Spring Themes book.
I find these activity books are a great addition to a preschool theme week, perfect for morning baskets, quiet time, fine motor work, and free play!

While this next resource is not a printable activity guide, you can order a hard copy on Amazon!
Kindergarten Ready Through Play is packed with hands-on, learning-through-play activities.
