Last school year my 4 year old attended a Pre-K morning program that required us to send in a snack every day that they ate around 10:30 AM.

So I documented almost every preschool snack box I packed daily in my IG stories; and this year, Iโ€™m rounding up the best of the best in this post.

Hereโ€™s what I pack:

  • Fruit: fresh or dried
  • Treat: mini muffin, cookies, fruit snacks, etc.
  • Crunchy: crackers, pretzels, chips, etc.
  • Protein: cheese or hummus

Depending on your preschoolerโ€™s appetite, you could also pare it down to include just:

  • Fruit & a muffin
  • Cheese & crackers
  • Hummus & pretzels
